There are many reasons people attend coaching. As your coach I’ll work closely with you to help identify your strengths and how you can leverage these to improve your productivity and achievements at work.
I’ll work collaboratively with you from a client-centred perspective that supports you in achieving your desired outcomes and coaching goals.
As we progress I’ll be guiding you towards strategic and helpful evidence-based practices that support you in developing the appropriate competencies and mindset for achieving your goals and maintaining optimal wellbeing to mitigate burnout.
What to expect
Coaching is personal and an important aspect of coaching is the connection to your consultant. Prior to meeting in person for our first coaching consultation, you will have an opportunity to talk with me in a brief complimentary phone call to determine if I am the right coach for you.
Our first consultation will be dedicated to understanding your current circumstances and assessing your needs. I’ll develop a personalised coaching plan for you that targets the development of specific competencies. We’ll also agree on a coaching consultation schedule to ensure we steadily progress towards to goals.
My office is centrally located in Wellington CBD, with close proximity to public transport and carparks.
